The Cultural Mapping & Navigation program was developed to assist people and organizations to deal more effectively with the Inter-Cultural realities of today through developing their Inter-Cultural Intelligence.

Cultural Mapping & Navigation programs have been delivered in many countries in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. This proven and comprehensive modular suite helps integrate the power of Inter-Cultural Intelligence (ICI) into the overall learning and development of organizations and their people.

The CMN Accreditation program is an intense five-day program that certifies participants to deliver the Cultural Mapping & Navigation suite of products. Participants will receive printed course materials; a set of laminated charts and maps; a DVD with all the course material and three leading books on aspects of ICI.

It is for anybody who deals with Inter-Cultural dynamics on a day to day basis: HR- practitioners, consultants, training and learning specialists, coaches and mentors, leaders and managers of culturally diverse organizations and teams

A CMN accreditation will prepare you to deliver Levels 1 and 2 of the Cultural Mapping & Navigation suite of products, and it will prepare you to add value to decisions that involve Level 3 issues.
